Edgefest #1

Pearl Jam was already a huge favorite on the Edge, having first appeared on the air back in November 1991, two months before the rest of the nation. They hadn't played in front of more than 1,000 people and the jump to 20,00 was a bit much for them. They didn't want to headline and were afraid that everyone would leave before they came on - so they opted out of the top of the bill. In fact, NOBODY had the guts to close the show - except Dramarama ! And you'll hear John Easdale from Dramarama play live at the party on July 3rd.
